1. At the Customer field, enter the six-character customer ID code for the customer whose profile you wish to change.
If you are uncertain of the customer code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting a Customer ID Code.
2. Command options will appear; select Change. The system will allow you to make edits to the Terms, Credit Hold, Credit Contact, Phone, Credit Limit, Grace Days, Insurance Carrier, Coverage, and Credit Note fields. Use your arrow keys to navigate between fields. Press Enter when you are done making changes.
3. Command options will appear: select Update.
Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
You can also change Credit Limits quickly for a list of customers by using the Customer/Quick Maintenance feature.
